After I had my 2 boys, I realized I needed to be taking more of my own advice and really take care of myself. It stops us from making changes when we think we are not good enough, we could never do something or are fearful of being judged. Get creative with this list. When we think negatively, it is easy to focus on the negative and much harder to see the positives or accept them. If not, please tell yourself that you are an amazing mom. As you know, change is really really hard. Getting rid of negative thinking is a must. Motherhood is a stressful job, that I believe can be a bit less stressful if we take the time to take care of ourself.
